You didn't tell me that I would have to wait almost a month for them and you still don't have the grape ones. I assumed that you had these buddy belts in stock and you would ship them as soon as I ordered them. Did buddy belt have to make them? I want to cancel the grape ones and credit my credit card. I told you this several days ago. Most businesses will charge your card when they are shipping you the order and not a month before your order is shipped.
I ordered a buddy belt from you once before and it took forever to get that one too. I thought it was just a fluke because everyone else said how quick they got theirs. Would you please explain why my orders take nearly a month and you charge my card when I place my order? You still don't have word when you will receive the grape ones and then I assume you will then have to ship them to me. I am a little miffed here. Thanks. |

Our store policies are clearly indicated on our information and product pages and they are in line with other retailers. I have been in contact with you and apologized profusely for the delay of the Grape Buddy Belts. I even agreed to ship them to you via UPS at your request at no additional charge, shipping that will cost double the amount of our regular shipping via USPS (on an order that qualified for free shipping). I agreed to do this because of the delay.
You wrote to me and asked on Friday, March 28 if you could cancel the order. I responded that the order could not be cancelled. I asked if you had changed your mind about the color. You responded that the reason is family emergencies concerning your brother and a preemie baby. I am very sorry for your family and I prayed for you.
We expect the Grape Buddy Belts to arrive today or tomorrow.
