Our 10 week old Yorkie, Mia, is terrorizing our eight year old Yorkie/Havanese mix! At first we thought she was trying to initiate play, but now we're not so sure! Mia constantly chases Pepper and nips at her behind, sometimes barking and growling! How much of this is "normal", and what should we do to protect Pepper? Pepper is 6 1/2 lbs., Mia is 2 lbs. Pepper is starting to snap back, but has never touched Mia. Pepper just runs and hides. Please help us handle this correctly!
