I just got back from showing in SC, we took 3 adult dogs, and a litter of 3 puppies. I left mama, and the 3 puppies in the hotel while at the show site (a Laquinta) had no other option as my husband is not quite ready to take care of un-weaned puppies yet (still training him)..and they did JUST FINE. I often have to leave dogs in the room while at shows, to go eat, or shop after the show, or what have you, and have never had any problem, just put them in their crate, and pray they don't bark too much.
