If she is up on the bed when she does this, say No, and set her down on the floor on her own bed. Priviledges should be earned, and bad or unwanted behaviour not rewarded. Dogs large or small should never seriously growl at their owner(s), and family. You could also use time-outs - ie crate time when she transgresses.
