I've only heard it from a few people, usually in joking form. But one of my dads brothers made a comment once when he was over visiting about our little yappy dogs, and then I went on to showcase Jackson's tricks AND he watched in amazement as he dived in the pool. It shut him up REAL quick.

The amusing part to me is the people who usually say things like this have these "big dogs" that are nothing more than a wall ornament in their homes. Never get out for walks, never see anything but their fence and walls. Ohhh but he's a "REAL DOG".
