I am just praying these really are struvite again. The internist and the nutritionist both told me that usually dogs tend to make one kind of stone. If it is struvite we can dissolve it but as I mentioned we might have to use a commercial diet or go back to the uroeze. The commercial diet used to dissolve struvite -- the one really proven to do it -- is the Hill's s/D and that diet is very high in fat and in this breed I'm worried we could set off pancreatitis. Right now I am giving him royal canin SO cans but I doubt it will work based on the in home pH readings I'm getting already.
I feel bad for teddy. He's just a mess of a dog. He's so sweet too and he deserves good health. Keep him in your prayers.
