Thank you for ALL your good advice. We did loose him and I just finished posting another thread for advice to try to keep this from ever happening again. I honestly think it may have been a systemic problem like I mentioned he seemed to be defecating though that is really hard to track as there were only two puppies in the litter. He was definitely bloated though. The only thing I didn't mention was that my mommy's stomach was pretty upset this last week though she was eating, just very picky at what she ate. That is normal after they eat all the yuck etc from the puppies... I wish I had a mentor here it seems like every other breeder here is so competitive and closed mouthed. So far I placed all my puppies through word of mouth or friends and family so it isn't like I was stealing their business... |
