Actually - does anyone know why it's so important to do the puppy ones, then again at a year? I'm curious. I will always get the puppy vaccs, and then again at one year, but after that I'm almost certain I won't vaccinate again (besides rabies)? But I am just curious of the logistics of it all and why it's important to get reboosted at one year?
And you know me, I am the biggest advocate of NOT over-vaccinating! |
The first year puppy vaccines and the 1st year boosters are most important because these are the vaccines that will initially establish the pup's immunity for life.
