Golly! I pray that's all it is but am so glad you are prepared to rush her in for care should she start vomiting again. I'd want to be certain all the necessary tests were being done to rule out liver and pancreatic issues if that vomiting returns, just to be certain and if all those haven't yet been done. Is she on Rx for nausea? My Tibbe takes Cerenia 8 mg. when he's nauseated and it helps him so much and he doesn't lose as much fluid w/out vomiting.
Did you say you had just changed her food to canned when she got sick or did I misunderstand that? If so, did you gradually add just a bit of the canned to her dry food or give her a dish of it?
