I bought mine and they were already skinned. They were just meaty, raw necks that look really disgusting and are about 6" long. Mine were frozen so I let it thaw in the refrigerator a day and then cut one in half. I was scared to death they would choke when the neck got down to about an inch long but they just keept on chewing and ate everything. Now they twirl when I say something about duckie necks.
They both had little pieces of raw duck meat in their lady beards so they had a bath and teeth brushed afterwards but it was worth it to see them enjoy something so much.
