Do you know if she ate something especially fatty or anything? I'd be sure my vet ran liver studies and did a CPL Snap test for pancreatitis, plus a Bile Acids test if she's had much of a history of bouts of vomiting, diarrhea and/or lethargy followed by a couple of days of normal behavior. I hope you quickly find out what is going on with your little Cookie and can get her a good diagnosis and treatment plan soon.

Changes to a Yorkie's diet can upset the GI system and she may need antibiotics and nausea meds for gastroenteritis, which Yorkies easily get after a bout of vomiting and/or diarrhea. My Jilly never could tolerate any canned food every in her life, no matter the manufacturer or type, nor could she eat anything but dry kibble. My Tibbe gags and hacks when his GI system is upset also so I think that goes with the GI upset.

If this vet can't find out what is going on today, if it were my dog, I would quickly get her to an Internist for a credible diagnosis and treatment. This little girl can't go on much longer like this with no answers or real help with her nausea and vomiting. If necessary, take her to a good ER vet hospital where they have more of the latest in diagnostic work-up equipment and are used to treating all types of bouts like this. Take a dirty T-shirt of yours to leave with her as she might have to stay on IV fluids, which she's likely needed since Tuesday.
