I LOVE avocados!!! Eat them all the time. sometimes just right out of the shell! I chop them up fresh and put them on salad very often. sometimes I sprinkle lemon-pepper on them and eat them like that. I very rarely mix them with other stuff, but if they get overripe and too brown looking, I'll mix them in with homemade fresh salsa to eat with tortilla chips or pita chips. The smooth, creamy, nutty flavor is amazing!!
