If they are giving her an antibiotic I would presume that her incision site is infected- did they just do one dose or did they give you a scrip? (Sorry I guess I didn't focus on my reading) she is probably not feeling so hot if she is battling an infection. Did the incision site close? Did she have a temp at the vet? Did the give topical management directions?
