My little girl is a skinny 4.6 lb and seems to have a longer body as well- some clothes just look silly on her! I bought her the cutest pair of Jammie's last winter and they totally didn't fit because of her length. Though I haven't found a specific brand a lot of clothes do seem to work for us maybe jut a little hit and miss- lulu pink is a fun one I like
