Default Cookie is sick..

Hey guys... The past couple of days have been very worrisome for us. This started on Monday when my baby Cookie began to vomit. On Monday alone she threw up 4 times with what looks like hair and some of her dry dog food. But the whole day she wouldn't eat the dry foods that I usually put out for her. By night time, I became very worried when I notice how sluggish she was.. Not answering my calls and just wants to sleep. I even sat right next to her to get her to sleep on my lap but she just totally ignored me which has never happened before. By the next morning, I noticed one more bout of vomit in her bed area.. Yellow vomits.
I immediately called the vet to schedule an appointment to bring her in. They asked all the routine questions and told me she would have to stay a couple of hours to get some tests done and some treatments. I returned to the vet to pick up cookie after 3 hours and my vet told me the blood tests resulted in some abnormal figures for sodium, potassium, white blood cells and other stuff. Told me they would send it into the lab for further testing to see if it could be Addison's disease which had similar symptoms. My vet also gave us some canned food which he said Cookie sniffed and ate immediately. I thought Cookie might just have changed from dry foods to liking canned food. He also informed me that I would have to bring Cookie back in to the vet for fluids the very next day as well as get the results of the further testing. I was extremely worried that night.
On Wednesday, I brought Cookie back for more fluids and get the results. He told us there was no need to worry as the test came back negative for Addison's. It was a big relief for me. After her second round fluids, we were told to come back the next day for more fluids as Cookie is still very sick and needs more fluids until she gets better. I brought her home and gave her more of those canned food. She had some after I mixed some boiled meat into it.
On Thursday morning, I tried to feed her again, but she had refused to eat again. I brought her into the vets office for 3rd round of fluids and told the vet about her refusal to eat, as well as her random coughing and gagging sounds. After her fluids injections, the vet said she is slowly getting better and does not need to be brought back in for further fluids unless she becomes seriously ill again. However, she still refused to eat when we came home.. And she is throwing up again. But since she's not eating, her vomits are just yellow colored liquid stuff..
I don't know what to do anymore. Should I give it another half a day and see how it goes before deciding whether to bring her back to the vet office?
