Poor girl. Has she had a dose of the pcn? Could be the antibiotic is making her sleepy.
If she is experiencing any of these things, I would take her to the emergency vet tonight:
Swelling or irritation at the incision site
Overly hot ears, signs of fever
Pale and sticky gums
