Molly is adorable! Love her little pink sweater too. I can see she is going to be a nicely spoiled princess.
She looks like a full Yorkie too me. As noted above, there are many Yorkies whose ears flop either temporarily or permanently for various reasons. You can also try shaving the tips of her ears in the traditional style to take the weight of the hair off. Sometimes teething will cause the ears to flop.
My Teddy likes to hang his ears off to the side like Yoda when he is relaxing in the house.
