Thanks for all the help. This is such a comfort to know I am not alone. Since my dogs are getting older, I worry more and more - it's like puppyhood in reverse. I am going to try all your suggestions and luckily it's time for our yearly vet appointment so I have to go anyway and will get some advice there too I'm sure.
