Sounds like food allergies to me. Bella is allergic to chicken, potato & sweet potato. You can tell when she has had any as she is stinky, oily, itchy & big time anal gland issues.
I will admit it is VERY hard to find food that doesn't have these in it. We figured out the chicken which is the main culprit but a clerk in a small pet food store said that they had a pup with the same issues and it only stopped when they eliminated the potato & sweet and plain.
