I eat guacamole on just about everything. My dd makes a great sandwich spread and I like that much better than mayo. On hamburgers, in salad, on mexi food, in relishes, dip, and I want to try the baked ones as seen on Pinterest. Yum! I like to buy them really green. I don't know, I'm kinda a germaphobe. I figure people are not picking up the real green ones (or they were just put out) and feeling and squishing on them. LOL After two nights on the counter they are perfect!
