Are you saying she suddenly needs to go out TWICE during the night...1:30 and 4:30? If so, then I'd be concerned that she may have a UTI if this is suddenly new for her. Is she going more frequently in the day time as well? I'd take her to the vet for a UTI test.
It's not that's it's unusual for a dog to need to go in the middle of the night, but if it's new and different...then I'd worry a bit.
