oh I didnt know they were fattening..oh well. I actually can container mine overnight but I also don;t mind if it;s a little brown. I know its only from oxidation so it doesn't totally gross me out.
and you are right my husband has had them on the counter all week ripening for me. even the one I had this morning it was half rip half not...hehe. he dislikes them so I am the only one eating it..hmmm I guess it's better than having a bacon egg and cheese sandwich right?? lol
