I have been seeing this on TV, Kelly Rippa said that after a health segment where they told her avocados were the perfect breakfast food she has been having it on a toasted English muffin every morning, sounds delish, I might have to try it. But Avocados sort of drive me crazy, most of the time they are not ripe when you buy them so you have to plan ahead, then when it ripens and you cut it open it's hard to keep them longer than a day. While I could eat a whole one, they are also fattening so I try to only eat a quarter but since I am the only one in my house that eats them, it's hard to keep them fresh for three more days. I guess I have a love hate relationship with them
