the title of the thread is a question, and one only the admin can answer. It's been on the top on this section for about a month, so it's not I like I am expecting them to jump right on it, but after a month I would think the admin or at least a moderator would have responded by now. I can also say that after participating in two GE's I don't think they handle them very well, or pay much attention to them maybe they did at one time when participation was greater, but they don't any longer.
