I was in your exact same situation 3 weeks ago! I also thought I was feeding my baby good food (blue buffalo, small breed), but although it IS good food, it wasn't good for her. I don't know if you ever did this, and it's kind of gross.. but after pineapples and probiotic yogurt didnt work, I looked at her poop a couple times. I noticed she still had undigested dry food in there so I ended up switching to Wellness Complete Health, Puppy... and after about 1.5 weeks the poop eating ended AND she has not itched herself at all. She would itch all the time when I fed her blue buffalo. Also, I have noticed her poop got darker and harder.. so I'm assuming the problem really was the food. What do you feed your baby?

Also, another thing.. on blue buffalo her poop smelled HORRIBLE! Her poop does not have any smell whatsoever on Wellness.. and on the bag it says they have certain enzymes for digestion. So far, I'm really liking wellness.. especially since the dry food size is PERFECT for little dogs!
