looked like a dog tick (but could have been a deer tick) and it was quite embedded. I can deal with snakes, and with spiders, but ticks are just wwwwwww (Ive had lyme disease twice)

We use revolution as a flea preventative because our vet said that the frontline/advantage etc were becoming not very effective against fleas (my previous yorkies used frontline).

I'm going to ask about the best tick med when the girls get their bloodwork on Monday
