I just went to edit my own post to add one more line...

I couldn't even add that due to this 5-minute clause.
And yes, it does reference there is a possibility to edit it, but the admin has to be contacted and that's not only a hassle and an inconvenience, often the exact wording is lost as to what wanted to be changed. And to contact an admin over a simple change wouldn't be worth it, etc.
