I have two exactly the same one in MI and one in NY and they are the cheap ones, I got it for the same reason you want one, plus it makes for a perfect bed when the pup gets tired at an event. Teri and I were out together in New York City and hers definitely rolls much much better than mine. I got stuck in some snow but hers rolled through it with no problem. But on the flip side, I was not keen on how shallow the compartment the dog sits in is. Galen is much smaller then Henri, I am thinking that perhaps that model might not be deep enough for Henri. I like to use my stroller without Lola being under the zippered cover. I would be afraid that if I tipped it a little I might dump her out. Her is a picture from Facebook of them side by side and you can see the dog compartment on mine is much deeper. So in looking at strollers pay attention to not only how they roll but also how you would like you dog to be positioned in it.

for reference when looking at the picture the compartment on the green stroller ends right above where you see the brand written. The compartment on my stroller is not only lower but you can see it's much deeper
