Oh my gosh! I feel so sorry for you. Did you get this puppy there in Korea? If so you might ask the breeder where you can get things like that. It is so important that you get him hydrated and eating again immediatly. I think there may be a few people here at yorkie talk that can speak the language. Hopefully they will see this and help you out! I wish there was more I could do for you! But I just don't know what to say. Maybe try to find a different vet. There has to be someone there that can speak english that can help to translate. Good luck, and I will say a little prayer!
