I agree with Kat and at first to me this is the last place I would come but that is probably because I have been a member for a while and recognize the difference now. I thought about it and back when I first got Cedric if I had a situation I may have asked here out of no knowledge and hopes for answer so I feel it's important like Kat said that we can be able to answer and help when there is an emergency situation.
