The Nutrical is for low blood sugar and increase appetite. But in your case it sounds like your puppy needs more vet care. If you don't think the first vets know what they're doing have your family get a second opinioin. Got to another vet. It sounds like your puppy is really sick if she hasn't eaten in two days, maybe she should be hospitalized at the vet. Good Luck!
