Hi. Thanks for the reply! She has been on the Royal Cannin food "full time" for several weeks before the vomiting started, so I don't think it should be the food? It definitely didn't start when she started eating it. It's never really "after she eats," but there's really no pattern to when it happens either (ie., sometimes in the middle of the night, sometimes in the evening, sometimes in the morning). She hasn't vomited in the last two days, so I'm going to monitor and see if it happens again. If so, I'm going to go to the vet. If it happens again and the vet can't find any obvious reason, I will change her food to see if that helps.
