Thanks for the helpful tips, Bentley will take treats from them and lick there hands now, barking is getting better as well, but no touching please! I really hope he comes around soon.
I have taken Bentley to the vet and all is good, he is a Healthy pup. After many treats he let the vet hold him while he examined him but he wasn't happy about it, the vet said that even though he seemed really uncomfortable his heart rate was slow and steady, which is good means he wasn't totally freaking out.

I will try the shirts in his cage, and continue to socialize him as much as possible. We have always had German Shepard's and never had a problem like this, this is totally new to us, but then again we always socialized our pups early.

Has anyone else had this issue with a older pup?
