Welcome to YT, when I had puppies, it took 3 weeksto paper train them, pee pee & poo on news paper (no wee wee pads at that time lol) 3 weeks they knew where to go, no accidents, after one month of them having no accidents and hitting their mark, I then started on the house breaking, (doing their business outside) that took 4 weeks due to the fact I worked and was gone 9 hours, with in a month, they were 100 % house broken, no more pee pee paper. No all yorkies are the same, some take a bit longer then others. Good luck.
