Well, both posts answer a lot of questions. Thanks!!! I wish I had more advice for you and Milo, but I do not. Putting the nonslip pad under it might help secure it so that he'll feel more comfortable using it, keeping it from moving. I have the ideal situation and a dog, as a puppy, that was easily trained. He still to this day, 10 years later, has never had an accident indoors. I've never used pads for him but I tried with my 1st Yorkie as advised by many...he just had a great time tearing them up into tiny pieces...so no more pads for me, thank you very much. I live in Illinois, we have some hot days and a lot of bitterly cold days, Winston still potty's outside...just much quicker. lol...
Milo probably finds the cloth pads comfortable...so he wants to sleep, play and eat there. Would getting him his very own blankie to lay out on the floor work, or will he think it's another place to potty??? Hmmm, maybe someone else will have a better solution...but good luck, hope he eventually learns this is only to potty on.
