I use a double-sided brush with a pin brush on one side and a bristle brush on the other. Use the pin brush to remove snarls, tangles and unwanted hair then flip to the bristle brush to finish the coat. I also use a pet grooming comb for the face area only and for fixing their top-knots.

I bought both of these at Petco - I believe.

I think the spray I use is absolutely wonderful and it smells great. It's called Buddy Spray from Cloud Star. It has lavendar & mint in it, along with other all natural herbs & oils - it's a great deodorize for between baths. It also works great as a detangler and actually softens the dog's hair and revitalizes it because there aren't any harsh chemicals.

My vet carries it, I think some speciality pet stores do, too. But you can get it online at www.cloudstar.com

I also love their Buddy Wash shampoo - it lasts a long time and has similar ingredients to the spray. My dogs smell great, and I gave some out as a Christmas gift and everyone loves it!
