I hope she's okay. A PCV (Packed Cell Volume) can be used to diagnose HGE, results over 70 are indicative of it. If the bloody diarrhea continues, I'd get her back to the vet. If it's just a small amount of blood, an irritated or inflamed intestine could cause that.
