Welcome to Yorkie Talk and congratulations on your new baby, Oshie!

I recently learned from a friend how infectious giardia can be, so be sure to launder your pup's bedding and clean his crate thoroughly or he will keep re-infecting himself.

Although he is very small, Nutrical is not necessary as a scheduled supplement. It really is only for actual signs of hypoglycemia. When it is given, it needs to be followed up with some food/protein -- within 30 minutes if I recall correctly -- or it will have the opposite effect of what is intended.

At his size and age, his body probably won't establish a pooping schedule for awhile. The urge to poop can be harder to control than peeing. If you can, put him in an xpen at night with his pad in one corner. Or use one of the crates that has a separate bed area and pad area.
