Thanks for your reply, dog park not even an issue now. My poor lil boy, FEAR aggression kinda makes sense. I have spoken with a member of prev. owner (the grandmother) she told me the TRUTH of why he was surrendered. She told me she spent a lot of time with him and she trained him, also WALKED him. I will make contact with her to see how he was when she took him on walks. GREAT ADVISE Thank you so much.
