I am a nurse but I am not a vet. A vet recommended hospitalization from what I got from her post and she refused it thinking she could give better care at home. Not something I would do with a one pound puppy with such symptoms. I rely on my vets to keep my pups alive. I am a nurse too, but you have to know your own limitations.....different nurses have much different skill levels....
