I am a nurse but I am not a vet. A vet recommended hospitalization from what I got from her post and she refused it thinking she could give better care at home. Not something I would do with a one pound puppy with such symptoms. I rely on my vets to keep my pups alive. Sure, there are some things I can manage at home; but with the posts the OP has made I can tell you there is not a chance I would be treating at home.
My opinion remains the same: back to the vet for IV fluids
