Do not be paranoid. She may have a harder time learning to walk because of the extra weight, but you can help in so many ways. You can help her exercise and be mobile. You need however, someone experienced to show you how in order to help and not make it worse by causing an injury. Your vet should be able to coach you , if she is indeed too heavy . You may just think she is heavy and she may turn out to be just a big puppy . Honestly, get a vet opinion and help as you may benefit greatly to get it out of your head sooner rather than later.
