He said that it might not be a germ passed from human to dog, but something in the air (allergies, dry air, etc) that can cause them to have the same cold like symptoms as us. Mojo has been by my side (or on my chest) through many of my illnesses, but he hasn't ever been as sick as I have or show all symptoms of what I have had....he has had the runny and stuffy nose, cough, etc. On occassion, he and I have had about the same symptoms and the vets put him on antiboitics or something else.

No it doesn't sound crazy. But it is my understanding that we cannot exchange colds with our furry friends.
