But again, it begs the question, why is he only 90% reliable?! It seems to me that either they "get it" or they don't?! The inconsistency baffles me!!!
I've always been a cat person.... show them the kitty litter once and voila' -- they HAVE it, every time from that day on! (Barring illness or something else unusual.)
