Default My puppy won't greet me enthusiasticly?

I got luka, who is actually a yorkie bichon cross but I think he's more yorkie, about a month ago. He's my little sidekick, he goes everywhere with me and follows me around for the most part, I feed him, groom him, sleep with him, train him(he is as smart as a whip and already comes super obediently and knows sit, shake, and down and is nearly potty trained and he's only 13 weeks!) he's a very very well behaved puppy, probably one of the best behaved I've ever had. He knows what no means and will stop whatever he's doing if he hears it and moves on to something else. He does not jump on me and I've never taught him not too, when I have treats for him he sits down ad looks up at me with his big smart eyes and waits for me to ask him to do something. Sometimes if I'm busy with something I'll look down and he'll be sitting there looking up at me with his ears perked and his head cocked to the side. Now I know he sounds particularly bonded to me which I believe he is but however when I come home from being gone any amount of time (it can be 7 hours some days and sometimes 4 in which time my sister or sister in law watch him) he'll see me, stop what he's doing and just sit where he is and stare at me with that same look! And he won't move until i call him over to me in which he'll wag his tail but not super fast and he'll ask to be picked up and I'll lift him and he just tucks his nose under my chin and snuggles me for a minute until I put him down and it's like I never left. But when my sister/sister in law/mom or any stranger for that matter walks through the door he goes crazy! Gets super excited and hops up on their legs and wiggles his butt like crazy! Why doesn't he do this for me? Any ideas?
