I am just a little worried about leaving them in the room by themselves while we are out and at the hospital. I know it will not be a good option to leave them in the car in their carriers because of the cooler temps-weather. I worry about someone taking them out of our room more than anything. Am I just worrying too much or am I being too over protective. I have thought about putting out the do not disturb sign. Any suggestions or comments to calm my fears would be greatly appreciated.

Don't worry. I was just as afraid as you are. Last weekend I went to Disney with my 3 year old Daughter, husband, and my little daisy(yorkie). I had to leave her all alone in the room while we were at the parks. I did put the no disturb sign on the door, left the t.v. on for her entertainment, and left worried as hell. Thank God when I returned she was happy to see me And left a few presents under the bed(doo, doo).. So thank God she was okay. I was worried just like you, but everything worked out for the best.
