I have always had a hard time going to bed after work, so I do my workouts after work each morning. I admit that I do not do them on my days off. I just find it impossible to get out of bed and immediately expend that kind of energy. It is much easier when I am still all wound up after a 12 -13 hour night shift...I know, I'm incredibly weird. I work 4-5 nights a week, so I am not doing the workouts every day, but 4-5 times a week is 4-5 times more than I WAS exercising
