Three Cheers to all of you who are making a change in your life for the better.

I am in good health and will be 82 in a couple months and when I was young we knew nothing of the perils of saturated fat and what sugar and soft drinks can do to your body but at about 20 years of age, I started to research and decided to add lots of fruit and vegetables to my diet and cut out a few things. About 20 years later I cut out almost all saturated fat but I still have a hard time giving up sugar completely. Really one can't deprive themselves completely, meal preparation should be an art so you wind up eating something you like but still we good for you. I hated ground turkey however, just love it for a spaghetti sauce and for a burger with spices added that I like.
