 Collar, Harness, Both, Neither?
I've had Jazzie for 8 years and she has never worn a collar. Only a harness when we go out.
Jewel wears a collar with a bell so we can hear her when she has a seizure. She wears a harness for her walks.

Can anyone recommend a collar that will not snag and tangle her hair? |
