I'm so sorry about little Kenzo. It's so frustrating when you do the bloodwork every year and things are great, and then your pup just goes downhill all at once and the bloodwork shows something awful. Getting another yorkie was critical for me, but I needed time to mourn my girl Minnie when I lost her. I had to wait because for a while all I wanted was Minnie, no other yorkie. So my best advice for getting another yorkie is to wait until it feels like the obvious right thing to do. Condolences for Kenzo. Such a beautiful little guy who must have brought you so much happiness.
